Wow- where do I even begin? We moved into our house about a month ago knowing (from the inspection report) that we would need to get a new furnace. We had gotten some previous quotes for a new furnace, but after moving in we realized we would also need to install central air, and thereby, would need the most dreaded and expensive house repair- an HVAC system 😱 We probably got quotes from 6 different companies, and Blizzard HVAC was the last place we tried. I cannot tell you what a surprise it was that Bill answered my calls and texts quickly, came literally the next day to check it out, and got us a quote back asap. Manny helped us along the process and as we were still deciding whether to do furnace only or furnace + AC, he was patient, talked the process through with us several times, and was never pushy. We finally decided to do it because we will never find a better deal! They ordered the parts and scheduled it as soon as we were ready, and the day of installation went so smoothly! They had to get down into our terrifying crawl space but were they were efficient, super fast, and checked in on us the next day to make sure it was all working great. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! they are so communicative and transparent, beyond reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job!
